Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • With deepest sympathy for David's family, I learned recently of my friend, David's death. I met David in my early twenties, and remained friends through thick and thin for all these years. We didn't contact each other too much in the last few years, but I do think of him fondly, and will miss his wonderful friendship. Rest well, David, and I know we'll meet again. Fond wishes, Ron Church - Posted by: Ronald Church (Long time friend) on: Apr 27, 2016

  • Our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. David was one of the friendly faces that we enjoyed seeing around Hamiota and Isabella when we visited. Some of my fondest childhood memories were at the Finkbeiner farm. The last time I was there was Grandma's 90th birthday. So long ago, but Remembered fondly. - Posted by: Grace Henderson () on: May 19, 2015

  • David will be missed by everybody he came in contact with. Although we have not seen him since he moved to the U.S., we both have fond memories of him. He was always fun to be around and never complained, although he never always got the breaks he deserved. May he rest in Peace. - Posted by: Jim and Ruby Finkbeiner (cousins) on: May 17, 2015

  • Thinking of you both Pat and Margaret! What wonderful memories of times shared with you all! The many Christmases and New Years at carfare Hamiota and Isabella will always be a treasure! I always enjoyed David's sense of humour and quick wit! Love always - Posted by: Susan and Wayne Poppel (Cousin) on: May 16, 2015
