VIRGINIA MARGARET O'REILLY June 18, 1946 - May 8, 2015 With deepest sadness, we share that on Friday, May 8, 2015 our Mom was taken from us, to be with our brother Christian, in Heaven. Mom leaves to mourn, her husband Alfred, daughters Kelly (Greg), Colleen (Don) and Joeylyn (Linkin), her grandchildren Sam (Celeste), Reilly and Keely, step grandsons Terry and Chris (Sarah), siblings Joyce, Heather, Duncan (Rose) and John along with their families, as well as numerous other family members in Dublin Ireland and her life long friend Denise. Moms four legged fur-baby Bailey, will miss his "Nanny". Mom was born in Winnipeg and throughout her life she resided in Manitoba, Ontario and Ireland. Mom loved children and while being executive director at Valley Gardens NASP (child care) for 25 plus years, she left an imprint in the hearts of so many families lives. Mom was met in Heaven by her parents, James and Olivia Keith, her brother Jimmy and her beloved son Christian. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Cancer Care in St. Boniface General Hospital in memory of our brother Alfred Christian James O'Reilly. Cremation has taken place and a private family service was held. "and keep her safe till we get there" Rest in Peace MOM Love you always and forever

I will always remember the fun times we had at daycare with Ginny. She was fun but struck all at the same time. She will be missed deeply. My condolences to all her kids. I just heard about this now. I feel lucky that I was able to meet up with such an amazing and influential person in my life. Rest in peace! - Posted by: Mike (Former child at daycare) on: Jun 01, 2016

My thoughts and condolences go out to Ginny's family at this difficult time. She was an angel on earth and I had such great adoration for her! She was one of the best most loving and compassionate directors I've ever had the privilege of having and knowing. I could tell her anything and she always listened. Ginny was the only boss I ever had that I could give her a kiss on the cheek and she didn't mind. She had the best sense of humour ever and sometimes tears would come out of my eyes from laughing so hard! Oh Ginny, you were such a light in so many people's lives, you're going to be greatly missed. RIP with the angels. My memories of you will remain with me always. xoxo - Posted by: Carrie McLeod (former employee at Valley Gardens NASP) on: May 24, 2015

Ginny was an absolutely amazing person! She was kind gentle and truly one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure to know. I had the pleasure to see Ginny for many years while my daughter attended the daycare were Ginny absolutely was a gift to me as I had nothing but horrible experiences with daycares prior to Ginny taking us in she treated my daughter as her own and made every day special for her :) I loved Ginny and will always remember her as the amazing woman that she was! - Posted by: Dawn Neufeld (Relationship second cousin ) on: May 20, 2015

To Ginny's beautiful family, I loved your mom. She helped me so much, she was like a second mom as my mom passed when my daughter Jasmine was only 3. Ginny, you gave me so much great advice which helped me raise one beautiful daughter. You were always there to listen anytime I needed to talk. I will always love you Ginny. Heaven has a wonderful addition and your baby boy has his mom again. Rest in Peace Ginny. Love always Jim, Labell and Jasmine - Posted by: Labell Lacroix (Ginny was my boss and my friend) on: May 17, 2015

I still cant believe your gone. I've always considered you to be like my second mom as I was growing up. You were always there for me supporting me in what I did, pushing me to be the best I could be, and encouraging me to reach for the stars. Cheers until we meet again! I will always love you Mom... You are the happiness on my sad days, the logic on my crazy days and the comfort on my lonely days. I smile when I so clearly remember all the things you said and did that made everyone laugh at the simple things in life with you. You loved to just be you! That's what made you the best mom ever! Always and forever in my heart Mom, xoxoxo - Posted by: Kelly Towle (daughter) on: May 16, 2015
