When Marcia and Blair moved back to Coxheath, Cape Breton, we were blessed to have them as next-door neighbors. The four of us became instant best friends. I remember them moving back to Winnipeg and what a loss it was. I spoke with Marcia while she was going through her treatments in the hospital, she promised as soon as she was done, she was going to come to Florida and visit me while I was on vacation. I was so shocked when I called her house and a man answered and told me she had passed. She’s now with her beloved Blair, God bless them both. They are dearly missed. - Posted by: Joyce Davidson (Friend) on: Mar 09, 2025

Marcia was not a boring person. When we were young we made a pledge—we were never going to grow old and have regrets. Instead we would sit in our rocking chairs and say “I’m glad I did that!” So here’s to you my friend—I’m glad we did it! - Posted by: Jerri Johnson (Friend) on: May 27, 2015
