Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID DOUGLAS KLASSEN It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dave, aged 58 on May 17, 2015, the loving son of Marilyn and stepfather Peter Koop. Also survived by brother Randy (Sheila) sister Patti (Harold) kids Darren, Carie and their mom Vicki and Keisha (Tristan) grandchildren Nakkita, Taylor, Jordan, Octavia, Mercedez and Maliyah. Nephews Chris (Nicole), Jon (Katie) and Andrew. Nieces Brittany (Kenny), Haley (Pete) and many other family members. Also his loyal dogs King and Coco. Dave was predeceased by father Ad and brother Ronnie. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 29, 2015 2:00 p.m. at McIvor Mennonite Brethren Church, 200 McIvor Avenue, Winnipeg.

My friend Dave marched to the beat of his own drum and on his own terms. He was always there if you needed a friend and a helping hand. Dave loved life and deeply cared for his friends who cared deeply for him in return. Always quick with a heartfelt laugh and a smile that could light up a room. I will miss Dave very much as we would often talk into the wee hours of the morning solving the worlds problems. A generous and kind man with a huge heart Dave epitomized loyalty and friendship, truly a one in a billion kind of guy.
