Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTEPHANIE MICHELLE GREEN-GENAILLE With her family by her side, Stephanie Genaille peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the Children's Hospital. Stephanie was born February 18, 2005 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Stephanie survived by her mother Velma Green, father Jason Genaille, her brothers Taryl (Brittni) and Jason Jr., sisters Shakira and Karisah, grandfather George Genaille, great-grandmother (koko) Christine Ross, godparents Margaret and Michael, little nieces Dawnis and Drianna, nephews Drace and Drake, aunties Margaret (Michael), Geraldine (Mervin), Genevieve, Isabel, Lena, Lydia, Darlene and Georgette Genaille, uncles Dwayne Genaille (Lorna), Clayton Parenteau, William Genaille and Bobby Genaille, along with numerous cousins and friends from St. Amant where she resided for six years. Stephanie was predeceased by granny Susan Cowley, papa William Paul, grandmother Geraldine Mckay, great-aunt Dorothy Genaille and David Ross. Wake service was held on Monday, June 1 at 5:00 p.m. at The Indian and Metis Friendship Centre (side entrance), 45 Robinson St., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Prayers will take place Tuesday, June 2 at 8:00 p.m. and funeral service Wednesday, June 3 at 10:00 a.m. both at the same location. Interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery, followed by lunch at 1:00 p.m. at The Indian and Metis Friendship Centre. Active pallbearers will be Taryl Green, Michael Ducharme, Dwayne Genaille, Clayton Parenteau, Brennon Green and Bryce Green. Honorary pallbearers Winston Bouchie, John Marsden and Edwin Ducharme.

Stephanie was quite the fighter. She was born sick & fought on for 10 years. She always had a smile on her face that was able to just make your day better, she was always alert. Although I never got to spend much time with her, I will forever cherish the times when I did. She's our beautiful angel now. Safe & secure with Papa & Granny. I miss you, Stephanie.
