DOUGLASS May 6, 1916 - June 5, 1999 In memory of Harry Douglass, original member and leader of the Deep River Boys, internationally acclaimed singing group, who passed away on June 5, 1999 at his home in New York. "Reach out and touch somebody's hand, make this world a better place if you can." He not only sang it - he lived it, and those of us whose life he touched are richer for it. Gone from our presence this person so dear, silent the voice we loved to hear. A beautiful life came to the end, but he died as he lived, everyone's friend. Always thoughtful, loving and kind, what wonderful memories he left behind. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by Mona.
