George and Stan (my hubby) lived across the hall from each other many years ago. I remember when I first met George. It was in church, and he kept telling Stan how he should treat me right, and how he knew I was a keeper. Over the years, he always made a point of reaching out to Stan, and putting in the effort to make the friendship last. We have many great memories of George (I have a video of George playing the Wii, and its very funny). George liked to visit, and man could he talk. I have never met anyone like him, and sure I never will again. He was so unique. He loved with all his heart. I am sorry we missed his celebration of life. It's been over a year, and we just found out about this through a very distant mutual acquaintance. We are truly sorry. - Posted by: Anna and Stan Neufeld (Freinds) on: Sep 27, 2016

The first time I met George was in a parking lot, he rode up on his bike and told me the Holy Spirit asked him to come over and meet me. That was something that always impressed me about George, his passion for Christ... he would have done anything for Jesus and often did! My sincere condolences to the his family, friends and to Barbara & Karlie Olson. - Posted by: Dennis Forster (Friend) on: Jun 11, 2015
