I worked with Heather on several projects prior to her retirement. I admired her intelligence and organization. She shared her passion for interests outside of the work place, equally inspiring! My sympathies to the Milan family on Heather's passing. - Posted by: Trish Bergal (WRHA Colleague) on: Jun 30, 2015

Mr. Milan and family: I am truly sorry for your loss. I worked with Heather a few years back in the WRHA Regional Pharmacy Program. She was a fantastic person to work for. A very kind and thoughtful person who cared deeply for others. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Maria VanDasselaar - Posted by: Maria VanDasselaar ((Work)) on: Jun 24, 2015

Dear Bob and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't really know Heather except through her reputation. Everyone appeared to agree that she was a remarkable person. What I do know is that she served on the Board of University of Manitoba during my stint as Minister of Advanced Education. The then Chair, Terry Sargeant told me many times that he wanted more members like Heather--people who read their briefs, thought about the material, and had something to say. Terry thought very highly of Heather. Thought I would share this with you. Again my sympathies on your loss, Diane McGifford - Posted by: Diane McGifford (business) on: Jun 19, 2015
