DELPHENE MAY MCCALLUM May 13,1961 - June 17, 2015 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Del, a wonderful wife, mother, sister and friend. With her passing, she is reunited with her mother Victoria Ziola and her father Thomas McCallum. Del is survived by her husband Dave McLachlan; children, Blaine Granger, Brad Granger (Toni), Brett Granger (Danielle), Terra Granger (Chris) and brother Malcolm McCallum (Joyce). She also leaves behind three grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many other friends and family members in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Del was a strong woman with many interests including classic cars, music, cooking and of course cheering on her beloved Saskatchewan Roughriders. Her love, laughter and smile was a great light in her family's lives and she will be greatly missed. A limb has fallen from the family tree that says Grieve not for me, Remember the BEST TIMES The laughter, the song, the good life I lived while I was strong. A small memorial service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Please contact the family for details. Thanks to the wonderful staff of St. Boniface Hospital for the loving comfort and care given to Del. In lieu of flowers, the family ask a donation be sent to St. Boniface Hospital Foundation.

Although Del and I only met a short 22 years ago through a mutual friend we became good friends ourselves. I will dearly miss our coffee get togethers at Tim's on McPhillips, our brunch dates at Perkin's and our sometimes lengthily telephone conversations. Del was a great friend who was open, honest, compassionate and caring. You are missed incredibly, Del. My sincere condolences to her family. Rest in peace my dear friend. - Posted by: Karen Larson (friend) on: Jun 24, 2015

Thoughts and prayers to her family and friends in Manitoba from Del's Saskatchewan cousins!! Even though we haven't seen each other often as adults we could still laugh like little girls when we shared fun memories of our youth :) I'm glad we were able to catch up a little when we saw you 2 years ago and kept in touch when we could!! Until we meet again...Go Riders!! - Posted by: Ken and Lorie Somogyi (Cousin) on: Jun 21, 2015

Delphene was part of our family. We lived a block away from her during our early years. Delphene was a great niece to my dad and mom. Even though we haven't seen each other in person for a long time, we did keep in touch via email and, occasionally, phone. I am very sorry about Delphene's passing. - Posted by: Angela Noble (cousin ) on: Jun 21, 2015
