• Guy Kustra. I will miss him.. even though we have only talked a handful of times in the last quarter century, I counted him as one of my best friends. We became friends in high school, where we spent a lot of time together. many nights we would spend just sharing a few "soda's"laying on the lawn in his parents back yard, stargazing. guy, and the rest of his family, I found to be the most friendly and welcoming people that I have known. guy, you deserved longer and fuller life. r.i.p. and thank you, Irwin - Posted by: Irwin Patkau (Friend) on: Jun 27, 2015

• It came as quite a shock to here of the passing of Guy. I remember Guy as one of my city cousins so knowledgeable about city life of which we Goertzen's were pretty ignorant. But when he came to the farm with his siblings, we were able to show him a thing or two that city life does not have. So different yet still family.
