Jack was a riot. He always smiled and laughed a lot. When I first met him I was so impressed with his graceful nature and soon realized that he was a treasure as is his two sons. He always looked out for me. Are you hungry, are you bored, where would you like to go and see in this great province of ours (Alberta) My memories of Jack always bring a smile on my face. When he moved into a senior complex he stated, "Well look at that there's a perfect place on that counter for my martini glass and mix. Loved you Jack. - Posted by: Nicole Nixon (married to his son, Martin) on: Jan 14, 2024

I started work at Pilkington Glass in 1960. We were the Kawneer dealer and I had the great opportunity to work with and learn from Jack. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to teach us youngsters about storefronts, curtain wall and automatic door operators. He was a real gentleman! - Posted by: Jim Parker (worked together in Winnipeg) on: Jun 28, 2015
