I am so sorry to hear of Auntie Chloe's passing. I will always remember her as a quiet and gentle lady who enjoyed the simple things in life. Although our families have drifted apart as we all built our own families I will always remember the wonderful times we spent together as children. We met Chloe & Brian during the summer of 2000. They quickly became very good friends, we often got together and played SkipBo. For the last 7 years before Brian passed away, we went out the two couples every Valentines Day. We used to go to the Lakeview Hotel in Lac do Bonnet and enjoy a few drinks and a good meal. After Brian & Chloe moved to Winnipeg, we kept up our tradition and started visiting the AppleBees on Regent. A little joke between us was that Chloe and Gabe were the same height and that Brian and I were the same shortness. Lol!!! Already we miss our dear friends and would like to send our sincere condolences to the families. It was really great knowing these fine people. - Posted by: Aggie & Gabe Arbez (friends since 2000) on: Jul 11, 2015

Chloe was my second mom growing up, she always was there for guidance and a hug! She never let me down, and I wasn't even a real son. One of the best mothers I've ever met, always time for her family. Until we meet again ma! Love ya, rest in peace. - Posted by: Wayne Keeping (Kevin's best friend, surrogate son) on: Jul 11, 2015
