  • Our condolences to the Capar girls and all of 'Cookies' grandchildren. Our little neighbourhood at Grand Marais will never be the same. We will miss you at the 5 o'clock 'Happy Hour' meetings around your picnic table. Marina will miss your home made pea soup and I your pot roast and bread. Cordillia hosted Christmas parties for her family and the 'lake' neighbours. She always had gifts for all on their birthdays and at Christmas. Her artistic talents were evident in her home and at her much loved cottage. People would stop to gaze at her flowers and manicured shrubbery. Gone but never forgotten, rest in peace good friend.
