I understand it is quite late to respond to this memorium however have been estranged from the family and would like to sincerely state my condolences for both Tom, Barb and the family . I knew Tom as my father in law and he was an exemplary and a very ethical man. He was very concerned and loved in both god and his family. I will always have these memories of him. My sincere condolences and prayers to all the family. - Posted by: Deb Harpley (former daughter in law) on: Mar 02, 2017

Our condolences to Barb and family. He was my chiropractor for many years and had magic fingers, a marvelous sense of humour and love for God. He will be missed by all as he was a great man. - Posted by: Shirley Zacharias (Patient) on: Sep 01, 2015

Tom & I joined Southwood Golf Club after high school to try to improve our golf!! We became good friends both on and off the golf course and he was a great chiropractor. The past few years we would have lunch together until our medical appointments took over most of our calendar. He will be missed. - Posted by: Bruce & Verla Hudson (friends) on: Jul 31, 2015

Went to Dr H for many years on Pembina. He relieved me of my neck and head pain. Always a happy welcoming person who shared his Christian spirit with all of us. Sorry to the family for your loss. - Posted by: JANICE (PATIENT) on: Jul 29, 2015

He was a man you could trust with your body, he did more good in one appointment then many in his field do in 10 appointments. No one like him now. Our sympathy to the family. - Posted by: Lorraine ( client) on: Jul 27, 2015

I have known Tom and Barb for many years. Barb Harpley,s late brother Jim Turnbull married my sister Arlene. A further note is that Tom Harpley introduced me to The Rotary Club of Fort Garry, of which I have remained a member for 53 years. I also was a patient of Dr. Tom Harpley for a number of years. I would like to express my sincerest sympathies to Cindy, Gordie, and Teddy. Sincerest regards Ted Foreman. - Posted by: Ted Foreman (Long time friend) on: Jul 27, 2015
