I also worked with Bill at Lower Fort Garry. He and I spend lots of hours together as he performed his Corps of Commissionaires duties as Staff Sargent, duties he took very seriously and did with great care. He was proud of his service in both the Armed Forces and the Corps. I particularly enjoyed the laughs we had, as he had a way of laughing at himself that was very endearing. He also helped me personally by researching with such attention to detail, the very best truck I could have when I was purchasing one. We both loved our Rangers. Rest well, Bill. - Posted by: Roxanne Hooker () on: Aug 11, 2015

I met Bill while working at Lower Fort Garry. He was a friendly, reliable and generous individual who was always willing to take the time to talk and tell a story. Some of my favorite stories are from this time at the Fort. With the last shift done, time for a rest, thanks Bill. - Posted by: Tom Kynman () on: Aug 10, 2015
