I never knew Jean personally, but I remember seeing her arrive by taxi to the back door of Calvary Temple on choir practice night, faithfully every week whether hot weather or bitter cold. Faithful is what I learned from observing Jean. - Posted by: Erma Bergen-Glowasky () on: Aug 13, 2015

I was very fortunate to have "Miss Williamson" as my French teacher in Emerson Manitoba from grades 9-12. She had a genuine affection for her students. She drilled into us the rules of grammar. Who among her students could forget "A past participle conjugated with avoir agrees with its preceding direct object." She broadened our perspective by having paintings on loan from the Winnipeg Art Gallery displayed in the hallways. On many occasions she organized and chaperoned trips at mid-term breaks to Montreal, Toronto and Niagara Falls for the students. What a brave soul. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Ken Kreitz (Student) on: Aug 09, 2015
