Just found out that this lovely young man lost his fight with cancer. I met him briefly in my capacity as a social service worker and wanted to pass on my condolences to his family. He struck me as a very gentle soul who unfortunately became ill at such a young age. Just want to say that it was a pleasure to meet him and even though he was very ill he tried very hard to be engaging in our conversation. I will pray for him and his family. - Posted by: mary carbonette (social service worker) on: Oct 07, 2015

I worked as store manager at the 7-11 in 1992 till 2006 I recall a young boy would come into the store every day and read magazines normally I would let someone browse for awhile and then ask if I could help them find something until they got fed up and left this young boy I would let stay for hours the reading nurturing him the only person that wouldn't Anoy me this continued for a year or so and when he turned 16 I had the priveledge to have him come work for me. Tthis boy was Georgie and I grew to love him like a son I will miss you my handsome Georgie love Mairi - Posted by: Mairi Devine (Friend) on: Aug 18, 2015
