JANINA JARMOSZKO March 25, 1929 With sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Janina on August 29, 2015, at the Health Sciences Centre, at 86 years of age. Janina emigrated from Poland in 1969, where she made Winnipeg her home. She will be missed by her three children Raymond (Barbara), Elizabeth (Walter), and Joe (Kristina), along with eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mom was hardworking and worked at Kelekis Restaurant for over 30 years as a cook and loved every minute of it. She was devoted to her family who she loved with great passion. She enjoyed gardening and the outdoors. Mom will be missed but she will remain in our hearts forever. A special thank you to the amazing and compassionate staff at Holy Family Personal Care Home, Unit St. Paul. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment to follow at Holy Family Cemetery.
