ALVIN DEARNING JOSEPH SUTHERLAND July 19, 1951 - August 31, 2015 Dad passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31 out of Seven Oaks Hospital at the young age of 64. He is survived by his five children, Lynette (Kevin) Mackay, Alvin, Stephen (Chantel), Bill (Sandy) and Shawn (Amanda), their mother Sharon (Gord) Foxon and his grandchildren, Tyler, Malcolm, Michael, Kaleb and Ethan. He was predeceased by his parents, Margaret (Holmes) and Michael Sutherland; brothers, Robert and Junior; and brothers-in-law, Stan Fry and Allan Herridge. He is survived by his sisters, Mary (Stan) Fry, Bertha, Alvina (John) Andrea, Michael (Lynn) Mooney, Sandra (Harley) Young, Lorrie (Earl) Fry, Josephine (Allan) Herridge and a number of nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 10:30 a.m., at Riverwood Church Community, 257 Riverton Avenue, Winnipeg.
