Date of Passing: Sep 01, 2015
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDIANE YVONNE EDMONDS It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden passing of our mother and grandmother Diane Yvonne Edmonds on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at the age of 78 years. Diane is survived by children, Bruce (Cherie) Lund, Valerie (Ron) Stelck and Tracy (Scott) Leckie; along with grandchildren, Steven, Neal, Ashley, David, Adam, Allison and Kara; as well as dear friends, Colleen and Paul. She was predeceased by her parents, husband and brother. Diane lived most of her life in Winnipeg, as a homemaker caring for her family. She was a generous woman, with a heart of gold. Diane enjoyed travelling, music and loved her many pets. The family wish to thank Diane's health care team, including Dr. David Breckman who was always compassionate and available, and the exceptional treatment provided by her many home care aids over the past months. We will miss her dearly, but are relieved that she is finally free from pain and suffering. The family will celebrate Diane's life privately, and request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Canadian Arthritis Society, 105 - 386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6.
