Vicki, so sorry to hear of Rollie's passing. My deepest sympathies. He was a great guy (and a great bowler!) - Posted by: Gerri McLean (Friend) on: Sep 19, 2015

I am so grateful to have had a great visit with my favorite uncle a week before he passed away. I can still hear that big laugh of his! It just filled a room. I remember working for Uncle Rollie at the bowling alley for a few years when I first moved out on my own. I always greeted him with a big "Hi Gus" and I always got that big smile of his. We had a lot of laughs. My heart is filled with sadness for Vicky and her family and Uncle Rollie's sisters, family, and friends. Our memories of someone we love keep them close to our hearts. - Posted by: Darlene McGuire (Niece and God Daughtee) on: Sep 12, 2015

My uncle Rollie was a man that seemed to be living his dream life with my auntie Vicky beside him the whole way. Not many of us get to experience that in life, with all the hard work came a lot of enjoyment in life for the both of you. I'm so sorry for the loss of uncle Rollie to those who knew and loved him dearly. He was my uncle, and I remember holidays with a boisterous laugh from uncle Rollie and always a huge smile. He was a great brother, uncle & friend to many people and will be missed sorely. I had a lot of admiration growing up for all of uncle Rollie's accomplishments, but I think his greatest accomplishments were ones I didn't see and that was expressed by all his friends and family not leaving him alone in his final days. I believe that's the mark of an unselfish man. My heart goes out to you auntie Vicky. - Posted by: Michael Fyfe (Nephew) on: Sep 12, 2015

“Oh Righteous Father, we know our days are numbered in your book of life and that precious in your sight are the death of your saints. We are so thankful that we can stand on your promises and know that when we die, we are instantly in your holy presence. All of those who have gone before us, beloved friends and family, are there waiting for us. We know that death cannot hold us because just as Jesus died and was resurrected, we too know that we also will be raised to eternal life. There is such peace in knowing that there will be no more tears, no more sorrow, and no more pain. What great and precious promises you have given us. We know that nothing can ever separate us from your love. No one or nothing can snatch us out of Your mighty hands. Blessed Lord, please be with Rollie in this time and with his family; to comfort, strengthen, and encourage them during the coming difficult days and times ahead. We pray that Your tender mercies be upon Rollie now. I thank God for Rollie, the faithfulness that he has shown in their life. Rollie has placed his trust and faith in You and we know that you will never leave Rollie nor forsake him. We thank you for your precious gift of salvation which came through the precious blood of the lamb of God at a supreme cost. Our atonement was made possible by Him and has made us one with You. We ask these things in the power, majesty, glorious, and most holy name of our Savior, King, Master, and Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen. - Posted by: Jimmy Fyfr (Nephew) on: Sep 05, 2015
