DEBBIE FRASER It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mom, momma, sister, aunt and friend, Debbie Fraser on August 21, 2015 at Foothills Medical Centre, Calgary. Debbie was predeceased by her husband Robert Fraser, her parents, Betram and Chloe Norman, and parents-in-law Daniel and Berthe Fraser. She leaves to mourn her daughter Shona, son Jeremy, and her only grandchild Grace. Mom also leaves behind her seven siblings and their families, as well as dear friends both home in Winnipeg and her new home in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Mom's passion in life was her family. She was always our biggest fan, she never missed a game or recital or just the chance to hang out with us. Her happiness was having her family and friends over for BBQ's and holiday dinners. Mom loved concerts, golfing and schooling everyone and anyone who dared play her in cribbage. The family would like to thank Dr. Kapadia and Dr. Watson of Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary as well as the staff on the 11th floor. You were all amazing and your care and compassion will never be forgotten. There will a Celebration of Life in Debbie's honour Friday, September 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day Street. A private burial will take place before the service. You are gone Mom but you can never be forgotten. What a warm , friendly and amazing woman!! I am so sorry for all our loss...She was the warm and welcoming woman that showed compassion and patience with my daughter at her very first job. They became friends and I heard great things about her daily. We continued to visit her at her new place of employment. I wanted to let you know that she touched our lives. We were devastated to hear about her passing today. Debbie's smiling and friendly soul will be greatly missed.... - Posted by: Cindy parker (Friend) on: Sep 15, 2015

Debbie was our first sister in law and was such a special addition to our family. She had patience, generosity and love for all of our big family and especially our oldest brother Bob. My parents loved her like she was another daughter and really loved that Deb and Bob lived so close and were able to visit so often. Debbie always had a smile, a laugh and was quick with a smart retort. Debbie you will be missed very dearly. Rest in Peace - Posted by: Anita De Cruyenaere (Fraser) (sister in law ) on: Sep 08, 2015
