CORY BLAINE MCKAY It is with heavy hearts we announce the tragic passing of our son Cory Blaine McKay on Thursday, September 24, 2015. Left to cherish Cory's memory are his parents, Larry and Birgitta; sister, Suzanne (Marcel); as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Cory had many dark days brought on by addiction and depression but we choose to remember the better sides of him. He was a thoughtful, kind and caring man who touched many lives. Cory had a great love of music, sports, and the wonders of the universe. Nothing was better than being at Mom and Dad's house on a Sunday to have dinner and a game of dominoes. Many laughs and memories were created and shared with family and friends. He was a beautiful person deep down who fought a bitter fight to the end and he left us far too young. Sadly we lost our loved one but we are comforted knowing that Cory is finally at peace. His pain is over but ours is just beginning. We welcome all to a gathering in Cory's honour on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the A.N.A.F. #283 in the John Thompson Room, 3584 Portage Avenue.
