Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVELYN MORRIS It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Evelyn Morris (nee Bailey) on September 23, 2015 in Victoria, BC. She was surrounded by her loving family. Born in Warren, Manitoba on February 12, 1920 to Tom and Mabel Bailey, Evelyn leaves her two daughters, Glenys (Bob) Thompson and Judith Morris (Robert DeLury). Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Glyn Morris in 1993 and two brothers and a sister. Also treasuring her memory are her three granddaughters, Tracey Thompson (Chris Vincent), Maegan Thompson (Dana Johnson) and Robyn (Tyler) Scarlett. The lights of Evelyn's life were her great grandchildren, Thompson, Evelyn, Evan, Linden and Genevieve. Evelyn embodied love and compassion to family and friends. To know Evelyn, was to know a generous and caring soul. She touched all of those around her. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude for the caring, compassionate and professional staff at Victoria General Hospital. A private celebration of Evelyn's life will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2015. Sequoia Gardens Memorial 250-658-6202

Friends of Judy's always loved coming over to her house on Banning Street in Winnipeg. Mrs Morris welcomed us with open arms. She was so pretty.
