Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN LAW (JACK) KINSEY November 13, 1922 - September 8, 2015 It is with deep regret we announce the passing away of Jack Kinsey. He passed quietly at home after a brief illness, compounded by wrestling with a riding lawn mower. The weekend before he drove his 1977 Chrysler Newport to the Hixon Car Show. Jack was born and raised in St. Boniface, Manitoba. As an adult, he lived and worked in many parts of Canada. He moved with his family to Prince George January 1968 to work at Northwood Pulp, where he stayed until his retirement in 1989. Jack leaves his five daughters, Sandra (Laird), Barbara (Bill), Beverly Coles (John), Libby (Steve) and Marcia (Rocco), nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and his two dogs, Mike and Patty. He is predeceased by Marg, who passed away November 2013. He is also predeceased by his sister Charm, his parents and Aunt Gwen. A service to honour and celebrate Jack will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 26 at Knox United Church, 1448 5th Avenue, Prince George, BC, with a reception and open mic to follow. Please bring your stories of your adventures with Jack. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Operation Smile or a charity of your choice.
