LORRAINE MARIE GOFFLOT April 4, 1947 - Miami, Manitoba - October 7, 2015 - Calgary, Alberta Lorraine Gofflot passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. Her life and her spirit are cherished and loved by her beloved husband Albert, and daughter Lynn. She is also survived by her loving mother Irene Landreville, siblings, Rene and wife Gisele, Terry and husband Harold, Paul and wife Julie, Simone and partner Jack, Gerry and husband Greg, Diane, and Norman and partner Mindy. She will also be fondly remembered by sisters-in-law, Angèle, Lucy and Flo. In addition, she leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews from the large and loving Landreville and Gofflot families. She was predeceased by her father Prosper, brother Donald, and parents-in-law Lucien and Hermeline. Her kind-hearted, giving, and selfless nature will be missed by her family and countless friends old and new from Calgary to Winnipeg and St. Claude. She is not with us in body, but will always be with us in spirit - not here but forever in our hearts. Thank you for being in our lives dear wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church (Corner of 4th Street and Northmount Drive N.W.) on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 100, 119 - 14th Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6 Telephone: (403) 264-5549, www.heartandstroke.ca.
