Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA BRZUSKIEWICZ December 10, 1928 - October 10, 2015 Peacefully in the early morning of October 10, 2015 Maria Brzuskiewicz passed away, at Kildonan Personal Care Centre, with her son Ted by her side. Maria was predeceased by her husband Leonard, and is survived by her three children, Jadwiga, Andrzej (Andy), and Tadeusz (Ted), wife (Elizabeth). Maria had six grandchildren, Robert (Amber), Art, Diana (Michael), Mark (Lindsay), Monika (Mark), and Vicky (Matt), and seven great-grandchildren Maya, Claira, Miela, Matias, Danika, Eric and Blake. Maria came to Canada from Szczecin, Poland in 1971 with her immediate family. Through her struggles, Maria kept her faith strong and supported the ones she loved by giving them guidance and care. The family sends out a very special gratitude and appreciation to all the nurses, health care aides, and staff at Kildonan Personal Care Centre who took the time to know Maria and provide her sincere care and hospitality. Rosary and viewing will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg, with interment following at Holy Ghost Cemetery, 4387 Main St., Winnipeg, MB.
