Predeceased by daughter Nancy Rose. Survived by his wife Eva Hawkins, of 59 years; and six children, Wayne (Louise) Hawkins: Jennifer, Jason; Eileen (Richard) Hawkins-Ball: Thea, Tobi, Chad; Dan (Paulette) Hawkins; Jenna; Rick (Jan) Hawkins: Brittany, Joe; David Rose: Candice, Davina, Reid, Matthew; Lisa (Dwight) Hawkins: Jordon, Brandon, numerous great-grandchildren and many loved family members. Sergeant Hawkins was retired from the military with 33 years of service. Dad enjoyed fishing, golfing and his love of politics was legendary. Service will be held Friday, October 23 at 2:00 pm at the Army Navy & Air Force Veterans In Canada, 300-1395 Ellice Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
