IRWIN SHOOMAN November 25, 1950 - June 8, 2015 Irwin was born in Fort William, Ontario to Abe and Helen. His family moved to Winnipeg in 1958. He was an avid sports fan, loved the Jets and WWE. Irwin was always a kind and caring individual. He lived in a WinnServ Residence for 35 years. He retired from ImagineAbility, previously Versatech and ARC industries, in May 2015, after 47 years. Thanks to the ever caring staff of Winnserv, and the support of Palliative Care, Irwin was able to stay at home with his housemates during his brief illness. He was predeceased by his mother Helen. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Shayna and Merrill Shulman, niece Ellyn and nephew David. Sincere appreciation to Cantor Tracy Kasner-Greaves for her sensitivity and insight.
