Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBABY KISIKOKIMAW MORRISON Kisikokimaw Morrison, only four days old passed away in his parents arms at Health Sciences Centre, Children's Hospital NICU in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 19, 2015. As he fought for his life for four days, due to lack of oxygen at birth, causing brain swelling and multiple organ failure, he passed gently and peaceful as the Creator took him home. Kisikokimaw is the son of James C. Morrison and Sandy L. Murdock. He is survived by his brother Micah and sister Tekoa. Grandparents are Wilma and Lawrence Murdock, Winona Morrison and William (Billy) Cochrance, Patricia and Robert Flett and numerous aunties, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandpa Don Morrison. We would like to thank everyone who kept us in their thoughts and prayers, and to those who came to support us at the hospital, to the doctors and staff at NICU, Children's Hospital and to Fisher River Cree Nation, York Factory First Nation and Peguis First Nation. Wake was Friday, October 22 at Fisher River Community Hall and the funeral service will be held at the same place in Fisher River on Saturday October 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Viewing will be at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the hall after service. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to NICU, Children's Hospital in Winnipeg, MB. Baby Kisikokimaw will be cremated. Anderson Funeral Services, 9 Railway Ave., Ashern, Manitoba.
