PATRICIA AMMETER
Born: Aug 24, 1956
Date of Passing: Oct 23, 2015
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA AMMETER (nee LANDRY) August 24, 1956 - October 23, 2015 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our mom, Pat. She was predeceased by her parents, René and Marcelline Landry. She leaves to mourn her children Rene (Jessica), Dwayne, Melissa (Doug), her grandchildren Reid and Sara, along with a large extended family and friends. Mom will always be remembered as the most selfless, faithful, and loving person. She held a special place in her heart for her little miracles, Reid and Sara, with whom she enjoyed sleepovers, daycare pickups, Sunday dinners and movies. She loved playing cards with her regular gang into the early morning hours. She took great pride in her yard, her flowers and keeping her grass meticulously cut. She always looked forward to the next concert, play or trip with her friends. When we (Rene and Melissa) went through lung transplants, Mom never left our side. It was her strong faith that guided our family through the toughest times. Her prayers were answered through the gift of organ transplant, and in the birth of her precious grandchildren. In Mom's memory, please discuss organ donation with your loved ones. The family would like to thank Annette, Sharon, the paramedics, the staff at Ste. Anne Hospital and Health Sciences Centre for the wonderful care provided to our mom. We appreciate everyone's prayers and support during this extremely difficult time. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Notre Dame de Lorette Roman Catholic Parish in Lorette, MB. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Transplant Manitoba - Gift of Life, Room GE441, Health Sciences Centre, 820 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1R9. Je t'aime, Mémère

To Rene, Mellissa and Dwayne and families: We are so sorry to hear of your beautiful Mother's passing. Your grandfather Landry and my Dad were brothers, Albert Landry. We feel a very special connection to your mom because Malley walked her down the aisle on her wedding day. She will be missed so much by so many. We always would find her in the Market and chit chat for a few minutes. She always would make time to catch up. We have never met such a sweeter, kinder person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
