BARI-LEE MEILLEUR March 30, 1967 - October 26, 2015 The family would like to announce that after a short battle with Cancer Bari-Lee passed away peacefully on October 26, 2015 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 48. Bari-Lee was born in Winnipeg, MB on March 30, 1967. Bari-Lee was predeceased by her grandma and grandpa Sadie and John Ridgedale, and leaves behind her parents Rene and Barry Ridgedale, daughters Danielle (Nick) and Alexandra Meilleur, brothers, Wayne Ridgedale (Diane), Jeff Ridgedale (Janet), sister Terry Mandzuk (Greg), nieces and nephews: Bobbi- Lynn (Jason), Karianne (Dan), Chris (Corri), Craig (Laura), Kelly, Debra (Jade), Dayna (Anthony), Dustin, great-nieces and nephews: Rhyan, Kennedy, Brooklyn, Logan, Luca, Maddox, Ella, Savanna, and Sophia. Bari-Lee you left too soon but we take comfort in knowing you went to a peaceful place. You take our love with you and we keep you in our hearts forever. Bari-Lee was very active in sports and excelled at ringette, baseball, snowmobiling and ice fishing. She loved the lake and would always be willing to take her daughters and great-nieces and nephews for "one more" tube or knee board ride behind the boat. When not on the boat Bari-Lee and her daughters, family and friends enjoyed camping and life on the beach. "The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not "get over" the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to." The family wishes to thank the doctors and nursing staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for taking care of Bari-Lee. Respecting Bari-Lee's wishes cremation has taken place there will be no service. "Always remember the good times."
