BEVERLEY JEAN DIXON (nee WOOD) August 16, 1928 - October 27, 2015 We are very sad to announce that our Mom passed away peacefully on October 27, 2015 at St. Boniface General Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Mom was predeceased by our Dad, Donald, newborn daughter, Beverley Dawn and parents, Muriel and Clarence Wood. Mom will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children and their spouses: Lorne (Leslie), Elaine (Bob), Neil and Dawn (Larry); her grandchildren, Nicole, Jeffrey and Evan; and her brothers, Tommy and Merv (Marilyn) and their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mom married "the boy next door" on May 20, 1950 in Park Extension (Montreal), Quebec and together they raised their family in Longueuil, Quebec. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Lorraine and Danny for their love and support, to Lillian for treating Mom to her dainties, and to Mom's friends at her apartment building. Cremation has taken place and Mom is going home to be together with our Dad.
