My heart is broken I am going to miss you terribly, growing up like sisters more than cousins. I will miss our long talks, laughs and large phonebills. You were taken far too early, heaven must have needed an angle. You definitely had the "McTavish spirit", you were a blessing to all whose lives you touched. I know that you will be with Grandma (DD), aunty Florence and Bonnie. Keep the coffee hot, the wine chilled until we meet again. - Posted by: Jaelee Treit (Cousin) on: Jan 07, 2016

I didn't know Tiana personally, but all the stories I have heard concur that Tiana was a selfless person who consistently looked out for others while she put herself second. The world is less bright with out her in it. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Dr. Ryan Kyliuk (friend of a friend) on: Dec 13, 2015

I worked with Tiana for many years together. when I first was introduced to her, I must say she taught me much about life and to become a better person. Tiana had a gift not many people have.... that is she was kind, genuine, honest, caring, and had a loving heart. I am very sad to hear this news that she has passed, but do want to thank her for helping mature as an individual and human being. My memories of you will be eternal Tiana and I thank you. To your daughter Tanith, I want to say.....you had a special mother and please be strong in this tough time. Hold on to the memories of your mom, and know you had a very special person in your life. - Posted by: Jim Papaioannou (Friend / co-workder) on: Dec 13, 2015

I met Tiana only recently, on a scuba diving trip to Cozumel, Mexico. Tiana struck me as a thoughtful, intelligent, and kind person, with whom I felt an instant connection! We had a wonderful chat during an excursion 'into town.' And I enjoyed a few other nice conversations with Tiana throughout the week. During the brief time I'd known her, I was able to see what a wonderful human being she was. I was grateful to have met her. My thoughts are with Tiana, and her beautiful daughter Tanith! - Posted by: Clara (New friend) on: Dec 11, 2015

She was a great friend who loves nature. We camped together and took many trips to the park to feed the birds. She will be missed by many. - Posted by: Loni Petrowski (Friend/work friend) on: Dec 11, 2015
