Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNA THERESE CHARTRAND (nee COTE) 1928 - 2015 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, aunt and sister on December 5, 2015 at the age of 87. Anne was predeceased by her husband Denis and daughter Sandra. Her soul has left us to join them again. She is survived by her children; Gale, Grant, Kerry, and Gary (Michelle), grandchildren, Nicole and Travis, great-grandson Dominic; and sisters Louis Cote and Lena Cote. Anne worked many years in Winnipeg as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Thank you to all the staff at Parkview Place for all their tenderness and care in her final months of life. Funeral services will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. For those who wish to sign the online Guest Book please visit our website.
