HAROLD BYTHEWAY Passed in peace on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the age of 83. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ione in 2007. Loving father of Leah, Brad and Keith (Colleen) Bytheway. Proud grandfather of Dana and Jason Lazarko; Brandon and Brayson Bytheway; Hayden, Brock, Foster and Graeme Bytheway; brother of Haroldeen (Herbert) Able. Harold will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving husband and father, long standing member and baritone in the Norwood United Church Choir, Mason, Member of the Scottish Rite, Shriner, performer in musical theatre, Cub Scout Leader, Football/Baseball Coach and a lover of all forms of music. Harold's career spanned 45 plus years including Imperial Oil, Winnipeg International Airport and 30 years at Deer Lodge Centre where he served as Director of Property Services. Gracious thanks to Dr. Pelletier and the wonderful staff of HSC 7th Floor CCDU unit and the staff of Misercordia Place and Misercordia 2nd floor Interim Care for their compassionate care. Private family services have been held. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Parkinson Society of Canada in loving memory of Ione Bytheway.
