KAROLINE LINDECKE
Born: May 29, 1914
Date of Passing: Dec 18, 2015
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKAROLINE LINDECKE May 29, 1914 - December 18, 2015 After a long, full life Karoline passed away peacefully at the age of 101. She was born in Austria and immigrated to Canada in 1957. She was predeceased by her parents, siblings, and grandson Joe Kriegl. She will be lovingly remembered her son Fred (Doris) Kriegl, grandson Fred (Felicia) Kriegl, four great-grandchildren Alessandra, Adam, Tiana and Melissa Kriegl. Her life revolved around her family and she was at her happiest at family gatherings when everyone was together having a good time. She also enjoyed travelling and had trips to British Columbia and Hawaii with long-time friends and trips back to Austria to visit with her siblings. Through hard work and with the help of her son, one of their dreams came true when a cottage was built in Pinawa Bay. Sitting outside on the deck enjoying the scenery and hot summer days of cruising the lake on their pontoon boat gave her a lot of pleasure. A special thank you to the 4th floor staff at Lion's Personal Care Centre for looking after all of Karoline's needs. Your kindness and support was greatly appreciated. Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. A family gathering will take place at a later day. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of your choice.
