• Uncle Cliff was well loved by his siblings being the youngest in the family. So many wonderful stories of their life in Canada as told by my mother Thelma his older sister. • Uncle Cliff was the last child of Frederick and Joanna Hodge to pass away. He had two brothers and three sisters. He was the second to the youngest. Uncle Cliff would send me articles about his brother, Major Frederick Edward Hodge, who fought and perished during the D-Day Invasion. Uncle Cliff entered the Navy and serviced his country proudly. He enjoyed golfing and bowling. His wife, Helen passed away almost ten years before him. I know he missed her very much. I believe he had a Grandson, Chris. My Mother told me that Chris was a lovely person and much loved by Uncle Cliff. I am sorry that time and circumstance prevented our family from seeing more of Uncle Cliff and his family.
