WABIGON-NAIS BOUBARD Wabigon-Nais Boubard, age 42, born August 29, 1973, daughter of Art Sr. and Lorraine Boubard, walked into the loving arms of her Saviour Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, MB, surrounded by her family and everyone who loved her dearly. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her beloved brother Art (Jen), nieces and nephews: Deon, Tasha and Marshall, great-nieces and nephews: Gabe, Angie, Jacob, Nathan, Kaleb and Little Deon. Her many aunties, uncles, cousins and friends too many too name, all dearly loved. Wahbigon was predeceased by her loving parents Art Sr. and Lorraine Boubard, grandparents on her dad's side Joe and Beatrice Boubard; great-grandparents Elizabeth and Andrew Boubard, grandparents on her mom's side, Dave Sr. and Margaret Courchene, and great-grandparents Paul and Sarah Jane Courchene. Wahbigon had a great love for her fur babies: Cubby, Honey, Sweetie and Sugar. She absolutely loved being home in the country surrounded by all of her family and friends. She always treasured her time working with children at Anicinabe school. She loved expressing her creativity through photography, baking, and sewing projects. Her warm, loving, kind and caring heart touched the hearts of all who knew her. Wahbigon had a kind smile and always had a way of making you laugh. Her love for her Lord, family, friends will allow her legacy to live on in other's hearts forever. Wake services to be held at the Boubard residence on the North shore of Sagkeeng, starting 12:00 noon, Thursday, December 24, 2015. Funeral services to follow on Monday, December 28, 2015 at the Christ Anglican Church beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Turtle Lodge on the South shore of Sagkeeng First Nation, MB. Pallbearers: Herman Hope, Mike Rundle, Dustin Courchene, Lawrence Boubard, and Dale Swampy Honorary Pallbearers: Jen Guimond, Brandi Rundle, Lindsay Courchene, Deon Guimond, Marshall Guimond, Tasha Guimond, Erin Courchene, and Crissy Courchene-McCorrister Funeral arrangements by Wheeler Funeral Home, 1800 Day Street, Winnipeg, MB
