Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Ed and Lia have just told us of Michelle's death. Michelle's family and friends have our sympathy for this great loss. Michelle was a really wonderful young lady, and I remember fondly the weekend she and Nicky stayed with me. For entertainment, we tried several blender pie recipes because I had tried a wonderful Salmon Blender pie written in the Free Press. It was so good that I sent away for the Blender Pie recipe book and the two girls picked out ones for us to try. All of the ones we made were truly awful. We spent a lot of time laughing at the results and pitching them out after making very expressive comments about the the taste and appearance of each attempt. Thanks to the experimental efforts of the girls, I only make and pass on the Free Press Salmon Blender Pie and each time I make it, I remember that beautiful Blender Pie weekend of fun. Michelle was a pleasure to be around. She will be missed by all who knew her. love Liz Wanzel and Jock Bates - Posted by: Elizabeth Wanzel (friend) on: Jan 08, 2016
