Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) HARVEY GREVSTAD December 21, 1931 - December 31, 2015 Passing peacefully after long illness at Grey Nuns Hospital, Edmonton AB. Bill was the youngest of nine children of Norwegian immigrant parents Anna Blyseth and Peter Grevstad. Survived by daughter Deborah, ex-wife Jean, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his youngest daughter Lisa, his brothers, sisters and parents. Now joining them in heaven, he was happiest with family. Bill joined the Air Force as a teenager, following in his older brother's footsteps, later he worked in sales, moving us from Winnipeg to Toronto, to Montreal, Toronto and back to Winnipeg. He loved curling and card games with good friends. Dad loved adventures, books, films, jokes, music, people and parties, pets, travel and writing. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your local Humane Society or charity of choice. There will be a celebration of Bill's life in Winnipeg at a later date to be announced. Rest in Peace Dad.
