JOHN (JACK) NICOL October 12, 1935 January 9, 2015 Husband, Father, Grandfather. Hero, Mentor, Best Friend. It has been one year since you left us but it feels like an eternity. We miss your .. honesty, hugs, wit, smile, vibrant blue eyes, whistling, daily phone calls, brilliant advice, integrity, cheering, humour, travel directions (better than google maps), weather/highway updates, encouragement, coaching, confidence, love, inspiration and strength. We will always love you and the heartache will forever remain in all of us. Even during your courageous battle with cancer, you cared more about others than yourself. We find peace in knowing that you have been reunited with your dad and mom and with Jodi. We know that there was a line up waiting to greet you on January 9, 2015. We hope that Heaven has adjusted to your practical jokes and we are certain that you have their taxes in order and that you are likely the President of the Club.
