Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE BARANYK (nee MARISCHUK) November 5, 1923 - January 13, 2016 It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, baba, great-baba, sister and aunty. Mom passed in her sleep early Wednesday morning, January 13, 2016 at the age of 92 at Kildonan Personal Care Home. Mom is survived by her sons Leonard (Eleane), Nelson (Shirley); daughter Jan (Harve) Rochelle; thirteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister Elsie (Wilf) Lederhaus; numerous nieces and nephews. Her husband Walter predeceased her on February 17, 1992. Funeral services will be held at the St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church, Shoal Lake, MB on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. when most of the family will be present. A more detailed obituary will follow at a later date. We would like to thank Kildonan Personal Care Home for the kind, compassionate care that was provided in the nine years Mom spent there, especially in her final days. Also thank you to our relatives and friends for their visits and gifts that made her days special. Special thank you to Jan for all of her love and special care given to Mom. The family kindly declines flowers and asks instead that a donation be made to the Alzheimer Society, 10 - 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 9Z9. VICHNAYA PAM'YAT
