GERALD JOESPH JACOBUCCI July 15, 1930 - January 11, 2016 Gerry was one of eight children to Agnes (Beaupre) and Joesph Jacobucci. Their names were Orlando, twins Gerald and Micheal, Romeo, Yolanda, Joey and twin girls Joesphene and Margaret (both of whom died in infancy). There are too many wonderful relatives to name personally. Gerry worked in the family construction and tiling company. Later he started Milano Tile. He also was a co-owner in The Valour Road Curling Club. Gerry married Louise Johnson on September 21, 1951. They had known each other since they were young. They have a daughter Jamie, and a son Shawn (Hunter, Braeden and Caleb). Gerry loved curling, hunting, golfing, fishing, and all sports. Cremation has taken place. There will be no service. He would want to thank everyone who made a difference in his life. A special thanks to Dr. Pat Harris and Dr. Hartely.

  • My deep sympathy goes out to Louise, Shawn and Jamie and the rest of Red's family. One of my Dad's dearest, most enduring friends. From Valour Road adventures to the lengthy Netley cabin history - memories are fond and numerous. Enjoyed seeing him visit in Calgary a few times over the years. • I was brother-in-law to Ken Warren who was a close friend of Red's. I accompanied Ken and Red on many duck and goose hunting trips always staying at Red's beautiful hunting cabin on the Red River Delta near Lake Winnipeg. We had some wonderful wild bird meals cooked by Gerry (Red) and played cards and had many laughs. I also played third on Red's rink for one year at the Valour Road Curling club. Red was a Man's,Man and always true to his word. He will missed by all who had the good fortune to know him, Rest well old friend,Jack Reay - Posted by: John (Jack) Reay (Friends) on: Jan 16, 2016

  • We have been friends with Jamie for many years. I have never had the pleasure of meeting her Dad, but she told me some things about how he loved to golf as I do. - Posted by: Charlie & Carole Brow (Friend of Jamie) on: Jan 16, 2016
