We think of you in silence but make no outward show For what it meant to lose you, Only those who love you know So many times we've needed you So many times we've cried If love alone could have saved you You never would have died. Remembering you is easy We do it every day It's the heartache of losing you That never goes away In life we loved you dearly, In death we love you still For in our hearts you hold a place That never can be filled.
