DOROTHY LOCH Peacefully, on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, Dorothy Loch passed away at the Victoria Hospital, in Winnipeg. Funeral services will be held at Congregation Etz Chaim, 123 Matheson Avenue, Friday, January 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Longer obituary to follow.
