Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBEVERLEY JOAN MACKAY March 29, 1938 - Selkirk, Manitoba - January 18, 2016 - Calgary, Alberta On January 18, 2016, Beverley Joan MacKay went to be with her Saviour. She was born on March 29, 1938 in Selkirk, Manitoba to James Ernest MacKay and Lorna McKenzie. Mom loved music, people, her family and the Lord. She touched everyone she met and had an incredible love for life. After many years of ill health, she is finally at peace. Beverley is survived by her children, Cheryl Proppe, Kim (Brent) Lemay, Troy (Corinne) Proppe and Marisa (Tom) Styles; her ten grandchildren Jenna (Gil) MacWhirter, Drew (Stephanie) Bakgaard, Evan, Riley and Connor Lemay, Sydney and Devon Proppe, Mackenzie, Nicholas and Regan Styles; her three great-grandchildren, James and Anastasia MacWhirter and Marek Hanes-Bakgaard; her siblings Donna MacKay, Minota Jersak, Keith (Bernice) MacKay; cousins Alaing (Steve) Clare, Gail (Joe) McKay, and Stuart (Diane) McKay; nephew Paul and many nieces and nephews as well as her children's father, Eric Proppe. Mom was predeceased by her parents; nephew Glen Jersak; brother-in-law George Jersak; aunt Agnes McKay and cousins, Marilyn Hacking and Eleanor Waterman; her cousin in- law Ernest (Bunny) Waterman and her great-nephew Dustin Siemens. Funeral Services will be held at Advent Lutheran Church (11 Scenic Acres Gate N.W.) on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
