KATHLEEN BRAMMALL (FISHWICK) September 13, 1923 January 26, 2016 On September 13, 1923, Kathleen's bright light came into this world. Kathleen was born in Stockport, England surrounded by a large family. She lived during a difficult time, through the Second World War and all it brought to the people of England. Kathleen married Leslie Brammall, and had two sons; Leslie Mark, and Ross John. In 1968, the family immigrated to Canada. Kathleen raised her two boys with all the love a mother has for her children. Sadly, her eldest son, Mark, passed away in 1991. Her husband Leslie, passed away in 2001. Kathleen is survived by her youngest son, Ross, and his partner Wayne Murray, whom she loved like her own son. Mom was the strongest woman I have ever known. She survived two brain aneurisms shortly after arriving in Canada. Later in life, she became legally blind due to glaucoma, and was severely hearing impaired. Throughout all of this, Mom persevered with determination and strength. Mom, you were my world. You were my everything. I love you, and I will miss you for the rest of my life. You were my hero, and my strength. I am the man I am today because of your love. Your bright light will always shine in the memory of everyone you touched.
