• Dear Peter, Please accept my sincere condolences on your tremendous loss. I have only warm thoughts of Carol because anytime we connected starting with our years in nursing, we always had a good laugh about whatever topic was being discussed. • Peter, we are saddened for you loss and the loss of such a loving lady. I know I can speak for all of us from Bayside in Gimli that you both touched our lives in so many ways, and made some amazing memories. We looked forward to your visits and Carol's helping hands, and of course selling your amazing cookbook. So true how much you both loved and respected each other. • Peter, I will miss seeing Carol on Wed mornings at the airport. Although I didn't get to know her well, we had a good rapport with each other. We started at the airport at the same time! • Dear Peter, I was very shocked & sad to hear of Carol's passing. I remember all the good times we had with you guys in Winnipeg & our trip to Hawaii.
