It was great sorrow that I was informed of Louise's passing on. A friend became aware of our loss through Facebook and told me last night. At a time in my life; Louise was one of my closest friends. Although as the years passed we didn't keep in touch I feel the world just got a little colder. She had the greatest personality and loved life. Her joie de vivre touched so many people. My deepest condolences to you Tim and to the rest of the family. I'm sorry I missed the funeral. - Posted by: Gerald Duval (Friend) on: Feb 13, 2016

Dear Tim and family, We were shocked and saddened to hear of Louise's passing. Nana was a beautiful person inside and out - she was a wonderful caregiver to our children and we always felt so fortunate that both Chloe & Cooper got to spend time in her care. We all thought the world of her and will miss her smile and gentle nature. We are away and are sorry that we will miss the service today but are thinking of you and sending our sincere condolences. We are so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. She was such a lovely person. When Katrina was a little girl she knew everyone on our street and I met Louise through her. The 1st time met her she had me laughing so hard I was crying, she was telling me about the time she went tot get rhubarb from her friend on Lyndale Dr and by the time she got back, as she was walking towards her house there were police everywhere thinking she "Oh my, Something really terrible must have had happened." Her son had dropped by and saw her purse and cell phone in the kitchen and called his co-workers thinking his mother had been kidnapped. She was just naturally funny. We are am truly sorry for your loss. Louise was just a lovely person and I am sure she brightened everyone who's life touched. - Posted by: Tara and Katrina (neighbour) on: Feb 10, 2016
